GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – 2Life
1. Definitions
1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:

“Customer” : the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with 2Life regarding the provision of services and/or the delivery of products.

“Services” : the production of pregnancy figurines and related figures by 2Life, in the broadest sense of the word.

“Product(s)” : the items supplied by 2Life to the Customer.

“Agreement” : the agreements made between 2Life and the Customer regarding (i) services and/or (ii) sale and delivery of products.

“2Life” : the company registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 85782211.

“Request” : a request from Customer to 2Life to provide services and/or products.
2. Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and legal relationships between 2Life and the Purchaser.
2.2 Deviations are only binding if agreed in writing.
2.3 These terms and conditions also apply to additional and follow-up orders.
2.4 Any purchasing conditions of the Purchaser are expressly rejected.
3. Establishment of agreement
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all statements from 2Life are without obligation.
3.2 Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 An agreement is concluded when 2Life confirms the request in writing, or the acceptance of a quotation by the Customer is confirmed in writing.
4. Prices
4.1 The rates and discounts applicable at the time of conclusion apply, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 2Life reserves the right to change prices on the website.
4.3 All stated prices include VAT, import duties, packaging and handling costs.
4.5 The shipment of products is at the risk of the Purchaser.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery will take place at the agreed-upon address. In the event of refusal or incomplete information, the Buyer is liable for additional costs and risks.
5.2 Partial deliveries are permitted unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Delivery times stated are indicative. Delays do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.
6. Complaints & inspection
6.1 The customer must inspect the products within 10 days of receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported within two business days after this period via to-2Life@outlook.com .
6.2 Complaints about deviating properties must be reported as quickly as possible and with a clear description.
6.3 2Life will confirm the complaint in writing and will investigate. The customer must cooperate.
6.4 Complaints do not entitle you to suspend payment.
6.5 Justified complaints will lead to replacement or (partial) refund at the discretion of 2Life.
7. Retention of title
7.1 Products remain the property of 2Life until all amounts due have been paid in full.
7.2 Purchaser must provide security for its obligations upon request.
8. Returns Policy
8.1 Returns are excluded due to the personal and tailor-made nature of the products.
9. Services
9.1 2Life strives to deliver a high-quality final product, but does not guarantee results. Creative interpretation is part of the process.
9.2 Delivery times for services are target times.
9.3 Required information must be provided by the Purchaser in a timely manner. Delays may result in additional costs.
9.4 In the case of phased implementation, later phases may be postponed until approval of earlier phases.
10. Payment
10.1 Payments must be made on time.
10.2 All additional payment costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.
10.3 If the payment term is exceeded, the Purchaser will automatically be in default.
10.4 In the event of non-payment, collection costs will be charged with a minimum of €40.00.
10.5 Offsetting by the Purchaser is excluded.
11. Involvement of third parties
11.1 2Life may engage third parties to perform the agreement.
11.2 2Life is not liable for errors made by these third parties.
12. Liability
12.1 2Life is not liable for incorrect use or installation.
12.2 Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, 2Life is not liable for damages.
12.3 The Purchaser is responsible for providing correct information.
12.4 Third parties cannot derive any rights from the agreement.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 In the event of force majeure, obligations are suspended.
13.2 In the event of prolonged force majeure (more than 30 days), either party may terminate the agreement.
14. Dissolution
14.1 Dissolution is only possible in the event of serious shortcomings, following written notice of default.
14.2 2Life may suspend or terminate its activities if there are reasonable doubts about the Purchaser's compliance.
14.3 If any provision proves to be invalid, a suitable replacement provision will be sought.
15. Transfer
15.1 Purchaser may not transfer any rights or obligations to third parties without permission.
16. Privacy
16.1 2Life's privacy policy applies and can be viewed on the website.
16.2 2Life reserves the right to amend this policy.
17. Intellectual property
17.1 All intellectual property rights remain the property of 2Life or its licensors.
17.2 2Life may share photos of final products through its online channels without permission.
17.3 It is prohibited to copy, publish or exploit material from 2Life.
17.4 Digital 3D scans are not included.
18. Applicable law
18.1 All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
18.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in North Holland, location Alkmaar.
